The mattress feels exactly as firm as it was described, which is great. No surprises, just the right level of support I was expecting

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this mattress because it looks great, but it’s just way too firm for me. I’ve been waking up with sore hips most mornings, and even after giving it a few weeks, I’m still not sleeping well.

My partner moves around a lot at night, and because of that the whole bed kept shaking. I ended up feeling every turn, so I didn’t sleep very well

I waited for days and, actually, I kept waiting thinking I’d finally get a clear answer, but I never really did. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all

I ordered my mattress from sealy.com, and overall it’s been okay. Shipping went smoothly and the mattress feels comfortable when I’m lying more toward the middle, so I get why a lot of people seem happy with it.

The main thing I’m unsure about is the edge support. When I sit on the side, it sinks down more than I expected, and sleeping close to the edge doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hoped. I’m curious if other people have noticed the same thing, because for the price I thought it would feel a bit more solid

When the mattress first showed up, everything looked good and it was easy to get set up. That first night, I did notice a strong “new mattress” smell, which had me a little worried at first. I ended up opening the windows and letting the room air out for a couple of days, and thankfully the smell faded away. Once that was gone, I was really happy with it. It’s comfortable, arrived in good shape, and now it’s been great to sleep on.

I tried lighter sheets, kept the fan on, gave it a few weeks thinking maybe I just needed to adjust, but nope. It still traps heat like crazy. Super disappointing, honestly. I really wish I had gone with something cooler.

I reached out to support because I was having an issue with my mattress, the whole experience was really frustrating.
